Why choose us?

We are an income-based rental community that houses individuals of all ages. Families with children to single person families. We work hard to make sure that our property is well maintained and that it looks inviting. We have been providing quality housing in the community since 1964.

Our Team

Office Staff

Beverly Walter

Executive Director

Beverly has been with the Housing Authority since March of 2014, and took over as Executive Director in 2017. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the business. 

Mickey Harris

Housing Manager

Mickey started with the Housing Authority in July of 2017. As Housing Manager, Mickey is responsible for leasing, inspections, and resident relations. 

Cynthia Holcomb

Administrative Assistant

Cynthia is the newest member of the team, beginning in August 2019. She is in charge of Accounts Payable and Payroll. She also helps out with other office tasks as needed.

Maintenance Staff

Danny Harrison

Maintenance Foreman

Danny has been with the team the longest. He is a skilled maintenance man, and he prides himself in doing each job the right way. He knows our property inside and out (literally)! He always goes a step above what's asked. Danny has been with Waldron Housing Authority since January 2010.

Kent Shupert

Maintenance Mechanic

Kent has been with the Housing Authority since January of 2016. The knowledge he brought in, along with what he's learned from Danny, make him a vital part of the maintenance team. He has attention to detail and goes the extra mile for our residents.
